Concept & Application
Sarabi Group’s role often begins at the conceptual level and the preparation of the appropriate documents for funding. At this stage, we work hand in hand with clients to assist in obtaining the most advantageous strategy for obtaining project financing.
Feasibility & Planning
Sarabi Group helps clients at site selection/acquisition and continues through site plan preparation, permitting and construction administration. Working within physical/financial constraints and the client’s needs and objectives, we have been responsible for hundreds of site development projects ranging from residential, multi-family, and mixed-use.
Schematic, Design & Documents
Sarabi Group assists clients in selection of design teams and controlling the design process from concept to construction plans. We identify early in the process regulatory, design or construction pitfalls and mitigate these obstacles to provide clients with buildable plans that are financially feasible, aesthetically and environmentally compatible, and publicly acceptable.
Construction Management
Sarabi Group has aided clients either on turn-key or consulting basis in variety of construction, including but not limited to historical, gut or moderate remodel, tenant-in-place rehabs, new construction of single family, multifamily, condos, lofts, New Markets Tax Credits developments, and conversion of SROs to apartments, cotton mills to condos, in wood, steel, pre-fab, and modular constructions styles.

Meet Our CEO

Homer Sarabi, the CEO and Founder of the Sarabi Group has over 45 years of experience in construction management and development. Since 1998 Homer has overseen development of over $1 billion in the affordable housing industry. He has worked with both new construction and rehabilitation projects ranging in size from $1 million to over $150 million. Homer has a stellar record for bringing projects to completion on time and on budget.
Homer is exceptionally talented at understanding customer needs, coordinating with engineers, architects, construction companies, and regulatory agencies to complete complex projects. He has formed the Sarabi Group to leverage his talents and the network of contacts that he has established over the past three decades, to help clients achieve what is so difficult in this industry… completing projects on time and on budget.
